- 8 ounces angel hair pasta
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/4 teaspoon red pepper flakes
- 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
- 1/2 cup fresh basil, chopped
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Boil water in a large pot and cook the angel hair pasta according to package instructions.
- In a skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat.
- Add minced garlic and red pepper flakes. Sauté for 1-2 minutes.
- Add cherry tomatoes and cook until soft, about 3-4 minutes.
- Toss in the cooked pasta and basil. Mix well.
- Season with salt and pepper. Serve immediately.
Notes
- Choose ripe tomatoes for better flavor.
- Add grated Parmesan cheese for extra taste.
- You can substitute basil with parsley if preferred.
