Ingredients

- 1 cup chopped romaine lettuce
- 1/2 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
- 1/4 cup sliced black olives
- 1/4 cup sliced pepperoncini peppers
- 1/2 cup diced salami
- 1/2 cup diced mozzarella cheese
- 1/4 cup diced red onion
- 1/4 cup Italian dressing
Instructions
- Chop the romaine lettuce and place it in a large bowl.
- Add cherry tomatoes, black olives, pepperoncini peppers, salami, mozzarella cheese, and red onion.
- Drizzle with Italian dressing.
- Toss the salad until all ingredients are well combined.
- Serve immediately or chill for 30 minutes before serving.
Notes
- You can add other vegetables like cucumbers or bell peppers.
- For a vegetarian option, omit the salami.
- This salad is great for meal prep and can be stored in the fridge for up to 3 days.
