Ingredients

  • 1 cup chopped romaine lettuce
  • 1/2 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
  • 1/4 cup sliced black olives
  • 1/4 cup sliced pepperoncini peppers
  • 1/2 cup diced salami
  • 1/2 cup diced mozzarella cheese
  • 1/4 cup diced red onion
  • 1/4 cup Italian dressing

Instructions

  1. Chop the romaine lettuce and place it in a large bowl.
  2. Add cherry tomatoes, black olives, pepperoncini peppers, salami, mozzarella cheese, and red onion.
  3. Drizzle with Italian dressing.
  4. Toss the salad until all ingredients are well combined.
