Delicious Asian-inspired cabbage rolls filled with savory meat and rice.
Ingredients

- 1 large head of cabbage
- 1 pound ground pork
- 1 cup cooked jasmine rice
- 1/4 cup soy sauce
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoon ginger, minced
- 2 green onions, chopped
- 1 tablespoon sesame oil
- 1/4 cup chopped cilantro
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Remove the core from the cabbage and boil the head in water for 5-7 minutes until leaves are soft.
- In a bowl, mix ground pork, cooked rice, soy sauce, garlic, ginger, green onions, sesame oil, cilantro, salt, and pepper.
- Carefully peel off cabbage leaves and place a spoonful of filling at the base of each leaf.
- Roll the leaf tightly, tucking in the sides to secure the filling.
- Place the rolls seam-side down in a baking dish.
- Cover the rolls with aluminum foil and bake for 30 minutes.
- Remove foil and bake for an additional 10 minutes.
Notes
- Use any type of ground meat if preferred.
- Adjust filling spices to your taste.
- Serve with additional soy sauce for dipping.
