Delicious brownies infused with Biscoff spread.
Ingredients

- 1 cup unsalted butter
- 2 cups granulated sugar
- 4 large eggs
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 1 cup cocoa powder
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1 cup Biscoff spread
- 1/2 cup Biscoff cookies, crushed
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Grease a 9×13 inch baking pan.
- Melt the butter in a saucepan over low heat.
- Remove from heat and stir in the sugar, eggs, and vanilla.
- Add the flour, cocoa powder, and salt; mix well.
- Fold in the Biscoff spread and crushed cookies.
- Pour the batter into the prepared pan.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
- Let cool before cutting into squares.
Notes
- Store leftovers in an airtight container.
- For extra flavor, add chocolate chips.
- Serve with ice cream for a dessert treat.
