Ingredients

  • 200g Biscoff biscuits
  • 250g all-purpose flour
  • 200g sugar
  • 100g unsalted butter
  • 3 large eggs
  • 200ml milk
  • 2 tsp baking powder
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 180°C (350°F).
  2. Crush the Biscoff biscuits into crumbs.
  3. In a bowl, mix flour, baking powder, and sugar.
  4. In another bowl, beat the butter until creamy.
  5. Add eggs one by one, mixing well after each.
  6. Add milk and vanilla extract, then mix.
  7. Combine the dry and wet ingredients.
  8. Fold in the crushed Biscoff biscuits.
  9. Pour the batter into a greased cake pan.
  10. Bake for 30-35 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
  11. Let it cool before serving.
