Description

Ingredients

  • 1 can black beans, drained and rinsed
  • 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
  • 1/4 cup chopped onion
  • 1/4 cup chopped bell pepper
  • 1 clove garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon cumin
  • 1 teaspoon chili powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil

Instructions

  1. Preheat your grill or skillet over medium heat.
  2. In a bowl, mash the black beans with a fork until mostly smooth.
  3. Add breadcrumbs, onion, bell pepper, garlic, cumin, chili powder, salt, and pepper. Mix well.
  4. Form the mixture into patties.
