Ingredients

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 325°F (160°C).
  2. Mix graham cracker crumbs and melted butter in a bowl.
  3. Press the mixture into the bottom of a springform pan.
  4. Beat cream cheese and sugar until smooth.
  5. Add eggs one at a time, mixing well after each addition.
  6. Stir in vanilla extract.
  7. Pour the cream cheese mixture over the crust.
  8. In another bowl, combine blueberries, flour, brown sugar, oats, and cinnamon.
  9. Sprinkle the blueberry mixture over the cheesecake.
  10. Bake for 50-60 minutes or until set.
