Delicious blondies made with blueberries and white chocolate.
Ingredients

- 1 cup unsalted butter, melted
- 1 cup brown sugar
- 1/2 cup granulated sugar
- 2 large eggs
- 2 teaspoons vanilla extract
- 2 cups all-purpose flour
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1 cup fresh blueberries
- 1 cup white chocolate chips
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a bowl, mix melted butter, brown sugar, and granulated sugar.
- Add eggs and vanilla extract; stir until combined.
- In a separate bowl, whisk flour, baking powder, and salt.
- Gradually add dry ingredients to the wet mixture.
- Fold in blueberries and white chocolate chips.
- Pour batter into a greased baking pan.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
- Let cool before cutting into squares.
Notes
- Store leftovers in an airtight container.
- Use frozen blueberries if fresh are unavailable.
- Adjust baking time for larger or smaller pans.
