Ingredients

- 8 oz elbow macaroni
- 2 cups milk
- 8 oz Boursin cheese
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 2 tbsp butter
- 2 tbsp all-purpose flour
- Salt to taste
- Pepper to taste
Instructions
- Cook the macaroni according to package instructions.
- In a saucepan, melt butter over medium heat.
- Add flour and whisk for 1 minute.
- Gradually add milk, whisking constantly.
- Cook until the mixture thickens.
- Stir in Boursin cheese and Parmesan cheese until melted.
- Combine cheese sauce with drained macaroni.
- Season with salt and pepper.
- Serve warm.

- Use any shape of pasta you prefer.
- Add cooked vegetables for extra flavor.
