Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Season the pork tenderloin with garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
- Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat.
- Sear the pork tenderloin on all sides until golden brown.
- Transfer the pork to a baking dish and spread Boursin cheese on top.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes or until the internal temperature reaches 145°F (63°C).
- Let rest for 5 minutes before slicing.
