Ingredients

- 6 large eggs
- 1 tablespoon Cajun seasoning
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 tablespoon vinegar
- Water for boiling
Instructions
- Fill a pot with water and add vinegar and salt.
- Bring water to a boil.
- Carefully add eggs to boiling water.
- Boil eggs for 9-12 minutes depending on desired doneness.
- Remove eggs and place them in an ice bath to cool.
- Peel the eggs and sprinkle with Cajun seasoning before serving.

- Store leftovers in the refrigerator for up to 3 days.
