Description

Ingredients

  • 1 pound ground beef
  • 12 ounces rotini pasta
  • 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 packet ranch dressing mix
  • 1 can cream of mushroom soup
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1 cup frozen peas
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Cook rotini pasta according to package instructions and drain.
  3. In a skillet, brown the ground beef over medium heat.
  4. Add ranch dressing mix, cream of mushroom soup, and milk to the beef. Stir until well mixed.
  5. Add cooked pasta and frozen peas to the mixture. Stir to combine.
  6. Transfer to a baking dish and top with shredded cheddar cheese.
  7. Bake for 25-30 minutes or until cheese is melted and bubbly.
