- 200g spaghetti
- 150g cooked chicken, diced
- 100g bacon, chopped
- 2 large eggs
- 100ml heavy cream
- 50g grated Parmesan cheese
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Parsley for garnish
Instructions
- Cook spaghetti according to package instructions.
- In a pan, cook bacon until crispy.
- Add cooked chicken to the pan and heat through.
- In a bowl, whisk together eggs, cream, and Parmesan.
- Drain pasta and add to the pan with bacon and chicken.
- Remove pan from heat and quickly stir in egg mixture.
- Season with salt and pepper.
- Garnish with parsley before serving.
