Description

Ingredients

  • 4 chicken fillet
  • 8 slices of prosciutto
  • 8 fresh sage leaves
  • 1 cup of all-purpose flour
  • 1/2 cup of white wine
  • 2 tablespoons of olive oil
  • 2 tablespoons of butter
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Pound the chicken fillet to an even thickness.
  3. Season the chicken with salt and pepper.
  4. Place 2 slices of prosciutto and 2 sage leaves on each chicken fillet.
  5. Secure the prosciutto and sage with toothpicks.
