A hearty and flavorful dish combining chicken sausage and pasta.
Ingredients

- 8 oz pasta
- 1 lb chicken sausage
- 2 cups spinach
- 1 cup cherry tomatoes
- 1/2 cup onion, chopped
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tsp Italian seasoning
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Cook pasta according to package instructions.
- In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat.
- Add onion and garlic, sauté until soft.
- Add chicken sausage and cook until browned.
- Add cherry tomatoes and spinach, cook until spinach wilts.
- Stir in cooked pasta and Italian seasoning.
- Season with salt and pepper.
- Serve warm.

- Use any type of pasta you prefer.
- Feel free to add other vegetables.
- This dish can be made ahead and reheated.
