Ingredients

- 1 pound ground chicken
- 2 tablespoons lime juice
- 1 tablespoon chili powder
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 4 burger buns
- Optional toppings: lettuce, tomato, avocado
Instructions
- In a bowl, combine ground chicken, lime juice, chili powder, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
- Mix until well combined.
- Form the mixture into four patties.
- Preheat grill to medium heat.
- Grill patties for about 6-7 minutes per side, until fully cooked.
- Toast burger buns on the grill for 1-2 minutes.
- Assemble burgers with desired toppings.
Notes
- Adjust spice level by adding more chili powder.
- Serve with a side of chips or salad.
- Store leftovers in the refrigerator for up to 3 days.
