Chili Ramen Eggs are seasoned soft-boiled eggs that enhance your ramen dish with rich flavors.
Ingredients

- 4 large eggs
- 1/4 cup soy sauce
- 2 tablespoons rice vinegar
- 1 tablespoon chili oil
- 1 tablespoon sugar
- 1 teaspoon sesame oil
Instructions
- Bring a pot of water to a boil.
- Gently add the eggs and boil for 6-7 minutes.
- Remove the eggs and place them in an ice bath.
- After 5 minutes, peel the eggs carefully.
- In a bowl, mix soy sauce, rice vinegar, chili oil, sugar, and sesame oil.
- Submerge the peeled eggs in the mixture and marinate for at least 2 hours.
- Slice the eggs in half and serve with ramen.
Notes
- For a spicier version, increase the chili oil.
- Marinate overnight for deeper flavor.
- Store leftover eggs in the marinade for up to 3 days.
