Ingredients

  • 1 cup of crushed graham crackers
  • 1/2 cup of unsweetened cocoa powder
  • 1/2 cup of powdered sugar
  • 1/2 cup of melted butter
  • 1/2 teaspoon of peppermint extract
  • 1 cup of chocolate chips
  • 1 tablespoon of vegetable oil

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a bowl, mix crushed graham crackers, cocoa powder, powdered sugar, and melted butter.
  3. Press the mixture into the bottom of a greased baking dish.
  4. Bake for 10 minutes, then let it cool.
  5. In another bowl, combine chocolate chips and vegetable oil; melt in the microwave or over a double boiler.
  6. Spread the melted chocolate over the cooled crust.
  7. In a small bowl, mix peppermint extract with a little powdered sugar and spread over the chocolate layer.
