- 1 cup of crushed graham crackers
- 1/2 cup of unsweetened cocoa powder
- 1/2 cup of powdered sugar
- 1/2 cup of melted butter
- 1/2 teaspoon of peppermint extract
- 1 cup of chocolate chips
- 1 tablespoon of vegetable oil
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a bowl, mix crushed graham crackers, cocoa powder, powdered sugar, and melted butter.
- Press the mixture into the bottom of a greased baking dish.
- Bake for 10 minutes, then let it cool.
- In another bowl, combine chocolate chips and vegetable oil; melt in the microwave or over a double boiler.
- Spread the melted chocolate over the cooled crust.
- In a small bowl, mix peppermint extract with a little powdered sugar and spread over the chocolate layer.
- Chill in the refrigerator for at least 1 hour before cutting into bars.
