A creamy and savory crab and corn chowder that warms you up.
Ingredients

- 1 cup crab meat
- 2 cups corn kernels
- 1 medium onion, diced
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 3 cups chicken broth
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 2 tablespoons butter
- 1 teaspoon thyme
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Melt butter in a large pot over medium heat.
- Add onion and garlic. Sauté until softened.
- Stir in corn and thyme. Cook for 5 minutes.
- Add chicken broth and bring to a simmer.
- Stir in crab meat and heavy cream.
- Season with salt and pepper.
- Simmer for 10 minutes. Serve hot.
Notes
- Use fresh crab for best flavor.
- Adjust thickness by adding more or less cream.
- Garnish with chopped parsley if desired.
