Ingredients

- 2 cups chicken broth
- 1 cup cooked chicken, shredded
- 1 cup ramen noodles
- 1 cup coconut milk
- 1 tablespoon soy sauce
- 1 teaspoon ginger, minced
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 green onion, sliced
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- In a pot, combine chicken broth, coconut milk, ginger, and garlic.
- Bring to a simmer over medium heat.
- Add shredded chicken and soy sauce.
- Cook for 5 minutes.
- Add ramen noodles and cook until tender.
- Season with salt and pepper.
- Serve hot, garnished with green onion.
