Instructions
- Heat olive oil in a large pot over medium heat.
- Add diced onion and garlic, sauté until translucent.
- Add diced chicken and cook until browned.
- Stir in orzo, chicken broth, and heavy cream.
- Bring to a boil, then reduce heat and simmer for 15 minutes.
- Add chopped spinach, stir until wilted.
- Season with salt and pepper.
- Serve warm.
