Easy and flavorful crockpot BBQ chicken.
Ingredients

- 2 pounds of boneless, skinless chicken thighs
- 1 cup of BBQ sauce
- 1/2 cup of chicken broth
- 1 tablespoon of Worcestershire sauce
- 1 teaspoon of garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon of onion powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Place chicken thighs in the crockpot.
- In a bowl, mix BBQ sauce, chicken broth, Worcestershire sauce, garlic powder, and onion powder.
- Pour the sauce mixture over the chicken.
- Season with salt and pepper.
- Cover and cook on low for 6-8 hours or high for 3-4 hours.
- Shred the chicken with two forks and stir in the sauce.
Notes
- Serve on buns for a sandwich.
- Great for meal prep.
