Description
A refreshing chicken salad with dill pickles.
Ingredients

- 2 cups cooked chicken, shredded
- 1 cup dill pickles, diced
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- 1/4 cup Greek yogurt
- 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
- 1/4 cup red onion, diced
- 1 tablespoon fresh dill, chopped
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- In a large bowl, combine shredded chicken and diced dill pickles.
- Add mayonnaise, Greek yogurt, and Dijon mustard. Mix well.
- Stir in red onion and fresh dill.
- Season with salt and pepper to taste.
- Chill in the refrigerator for 30 minutes before serving.
Notes
- Serve on a bed of lettuce or in a sandwich.
- Adjust the amount of dill pickles based on your preference.
