- 1 cup buttermilk
- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- 1/2 teaspoon salt

- Vegetable oil for frying
Instructions
- Marinate chicken in buttermilk for at least 2 hours.
- In a bowl, mix flour, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper.
- Remove chicken from buttermilk and coat with the flour mixture.
- Heat oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
- Fry chicken for 15-20 minutes or until golden brown.
- Drain on paper towels and serve hot.
Notes
- You can add cayenne pepper for extra heat.
- Let the fried chicken rest before serving for better texture.
