Garlic Herb Cheese Bread is a savory and cheesy loaf infused with garlic and herbs.
Ingredients

- 1 loaf of bread
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/2 cup butter, softened
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 2 tablespoons fresh parsley, chopped
- 1 teaspoon dried oregano
- Salt to taste
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a bowl, mix the softened butter, minced garlic, parsley, oregano, and salt.
- Slice the loaf of bread without cutting all the way through.
- Spread the garlic herb mixture between the slices and on top of the bread.
- Stuff shredded mozzarella and Parmesan cheese into the bread.
- Wrap the bread in aluminum foil and place it on a baking sheet.
- Bake for 15-20 minutes, then unwrap and bake for an additional 5 minutes to brown the cheese.
Notes
