Description

Garlic Herb Cheese Bread is a savory and cheesy loaf infused with garlic and herbs.


Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 loaf of bread
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1/2 cup butter, softened
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 2 tablespoons fresh parsley, chopped
  • 1 teaspoon dried oregano
  • Salt to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a bowl, mix the softened butter, minced garlic, parsley, oregano, and salt.
  3. Slice the loaf of bread without cutting all the way through.
  4. Spread the garlic herb mixture between the slices and on top of the bread.
  5. Stuff shredded mozzarella and Parmesan cheese into the bread.
  6. Wrap the bread in aluminum foil and place it on a baking sheet.
  7. Bake for 15-20 minutes, then unwrap and bake for an additional 5 minutes to brown the cheese.
