- 1 lb Brussels sprouts, halved
- 2 tablespoons Gochujang
- 1 tablespoon soy sauce
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 tablespoon honey
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C).
- In a large bowl, mix Gochujang, soy sauce, olive oil, honey, garlic, salt, and pepper.
- Add Brussels sprouts to the bowl and toss to coat.
- Spread the Brussels sprouts on a baking sheet.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes until crispy and caramelized.
- Serve warm.
Notes
- Adjust the level of Gochujang based on your spice preference.
- For extra crunch, broil for the last 2-3 minutes.
