Ingredients

- 4 large eggs
- 2 tablespoons gochujang
- 1 tablespoon soy sauce
- 1 teaspoon sesame oil
- 1 green onion, chopped
- Salt, to taste
- Black pepper, to taste
Instructions
- Boil the eggs for 8-10 minutes until hard-boiled.
- Cool the eggs in ice water and peel them.
- In a bowl, mix gochujang, soy sauce, sesame oil, salt, and pepper.
- Coat the peeled eggs in the gochujang mixture.
- Sprinkle with chopped green onions before serving.
Notes
- Adjust the amount of gochujang for desired spice level.
- Serve with rice or as a side dish.
