A flavorful marinade for chicken inspired by Greek cuisine.
Ingredients

- 1/4 cup olive oil
- 2 tablespoons red wine vinegar
- 2 tablespoons lemon juice
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoon dried oregano
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 tablespoon fresh parsley, chopped
Instructions
- In a bowl, combine olive oil, red wine vinegar, lemon juice, garlic, oregano, salt, black pepper, and parsley.
- Mix well until fully combined.
- Place chicken in a resealable plastic bag or shallow dish.
- Pour marinade over chicken, ensuring it is well coated.
- Seal the bag or cover the dish and refrigerate for at least 1 hour, preferably overnight.
- Remove chicken from marinade and cook as desired.
Notes
- Adjust seasoning to taste.
- This marinade works well with other proteins too.
- Use fresh herbs for more flavor.
