- 8 oz pita chips
- 1 cup diced tomatoes
- 1 cup diced cucumber
- 1/2 cup crumbled feta cheese
- 1/4 cup sliced black olives
- 1/4 cup diced red onion
- 1/4 cup chopped fresh parsley
- 1/4 cup olive oil
- 2 tbsp lemon juice
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F.
- Spread pita chips on a baking sheet.
- In a bowl, mix tomatoes, cucumber, onion, olives, and parsley.
- Drizzle olive oil and lemon juice over the mixture.
- Add salt and pepper to taste.
- Spoon the mixture over pita chips.
- Sprinkle feta cheese on top.
- Bake for 10 minutes until heated.
- Serve warm and enjoy!
