Ingredients

  • 4 chicken fillet
  • 1/4 cup lime juice
  • 1/4 cup orange juice
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon oregano
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, mix lime juice, orange juice, olive oil, garlic, oregano, salt, and pepper.
  2. Place chicken fillet in a resealable bag and pour marinade over them.
  3. Seal the bag and refrigerate for at least 2 hours.
  4. Preheat grill to medium-high heat.
  5. Remove chicken from marinade and discard the marinade.
  6. Grill chicken for 6-7 minutes on each side or until fully cooked.
  7. Let chicken rest for 5 minutes before serving.
