Grilled chicken marinated with Key West flavors.
Ingredients

- 4 chicken fillet
- 1/4 cup lime juice
- 1/4 cup orange juice
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon oregano
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
Instructions
- In a bowl, mix lime juice, orange juice, olive oil, garlic, oregano, salt, and pepper.
- Place chicken fillet in a resealable bag and pour marinade over them.
- Seal the bag and refrigerate for at least 2 hours.
- Preheat grill to medium-high heat.
- Remove chicken from marinade and discard the marinade.
- Grill chicken for 6-7 minutes on each side or until fully cooked.
- Let chicken rest for 5 minutes before serving.
Notes
- Adjust cooking time based on thickness of chicken fillet.
- Serve with fresh lime wedges.
