Ingredients

  • 200g beef, sliced
  • 150g noodles
  • 2 tablespoons gochujang
  • 1 tablespoon soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon sesame oil
  • 1 garlic clove, minced
  • 1 bell pepper, sliced
  • 1 carrot, julienned
  • 2 green onions, chopped
  • Salt to taste

Instructions

  1. Cook noodles according to package instructions.
  2. In a pan, heat sesame oil over medium heat.
  3. Add minced garlic and beef, stir-fry until beef is browned.
  4. Add gochujang, soy sauce, and vegetables.
  5. Stir until vegetables are tender.
  6. Add cooked noodles and mix well.
