Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a bowl, cream the butter and 1/4 cup powdered sugar until light and fluffy.
- Add lemon zest and lemon juice, mixing well.
- In another bowl, whisk together flour and salt.
- Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients, mixing until combined.
- Shape the dough into small balls and place them on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Bake for 12-15 minutes until the edges are lightly golden.
- Remove from oven and let cool slightly before dusting with powdered sugar.
Notes
- Store in an airtight container for up to a week.
- You can adjust the lemon zest for more or less flavor.
