Description

Ingredients

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a bowl, cream the butter and 1/4 cup powdered sugar until light and fluffy.
  3. Add lemon zest and lemon juice, mixing well.
  4. In another bowl, whisk together flour and salt.
  5. Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients, mixing until combined.
  6. Shape the dough into small balls and place them on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  7. Bake for 12-15 minutes until the edges are lightly golden.
  8. Remove from oven and let cool slightly before dusting with powdered sugar.
