Ingredients

- 2 chicken fillet
- 1 cup orzo pasta
- 2 tablespoons lemon pepper seasoning
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 2 cups chicken broth
- 1 lemon, juiced
- Salt to taste
- Fresh parsley for garnish
Instructions
- Season chicken fillet with lemon pepper seasoning.
- Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat.
- Add chicken and cook until golden brown, about 6-7 minutes per side.
- Remove chicken and set aside.
- In the same skillet, add orzo and toast for 2 minutes.
- Add chicken broth and lemon juice, bring to a boil.
- Reduce heat, cover, and simmer for 10-12 minutes until orzo is tender.
- Slice the chicken and place on top of the orzo.
- Garnish with fresh parsley and serve.
