Ingredients

- 1 lb shrimp, peeled and deveined
- 2 ripe mangoes, diced
- 1/2 red onion, finely chopped
- 1 jalapeño, minced
- 1/4 cup fresh cilantro, chopped
- Juice of 4 limes
- Salt to taste
Instructions
- Cook shrimp in boiling water for 2-3 minutes until pink.
- Drain and cool shrimp, then chop into bite-sized pieces.
- In a bowl, combine shrimp, mango, onion, jalapeño, and cilantro.
- Add lime juice and salt. Mix well.
- Refrigerate for 30 minutes to let flavors meld.
- Serve chilled.
