Description
A refreshing salsa combining mango, strawberry, and edamame.
Ingredients

- 2 ripe mangoes, diced
- 1 cup strawberries, hulled and diced
- 1 cup shelled edamame
- 1/4 red onion, finely chopped
- 1 jalapeño, seeded and minced
- 1/4 cup fresh cilantro, chopped
- Juice of 2 limes
- Salt to taste
Instructions
- In a large bowl, combine diced mangoes, strawberries, and edamame.
- Add red onion, jalapeño, and cilantro.
- Pour lime juice over the mixture.
- Season with salt to taste.
- Toss gently to combine all ingredients.
- Chill in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes before serving.
Notes
- Adjust lime juice and salt according to your taste.
- Serve with tortilla chips or as a topping for grilled fish.
