Description

Ingredients

  • 2 chicken fillet
  • 1/4 cup maple syrup
  • 2 tablespoons Dijon mustard
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 cup cooked quinoa
  • 1 cup steamed broccoli
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a bowl, mix maple syrup and Dijon mustard.
  3. Coat chicken fillet with olive oil, salt, and pepper.
  4. Place chicken in a baking dish and pour the maple Dijon mixture over it.
  5. Bake for 25-30 minutes until chicken is cooked through.
  6. While the chicken bakes, prepare quinoa and steam broccoli.
  7. Once cooked, slice the chicken and serve over quinoa with broccoli on the side.
