- 1 pound ground beef
- 1 cup breadcrumbs
- 1 egg
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 2 cups elbow macaroni
- 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 cup milk
- 2 tablespoons butter
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a bowl, mix ground beef, breadcrumbs, egg, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
- Form meatballs and place them on a baking sheet.
- Bake meatballs for 20 minutes.
- Cook macaroni according to package instructions.
- In a saucepan, melt butter, then stir in milk and cheese until smooth.
- Combine cooked macaroni, cheese sauce, and baked meatballs in a large dish.
- Bake for 15 minutes until bubbly.
