Ingredients

- 1 egg
- 2 tbsp olive oil for cooking
Instructions
- In a bowl, combine ground chicken, breadcrumbs, feta cheese, parsley, garlic, oregano, salt, pepper, and egg.
- Mix until well combined.
- Form the mixture into patties.
- Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat.
- Cook the patties for 5-7 minutes on each side until golden brown.
- Serve with yogurt sauce or salad.
