Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C).
- Wash and cut the potatoes into thin strips.
- In a large bowl, mix olive oil, garlic powder, paprika, oregano, and salt.
- Add the potato strips to the bowl and toss until coated.
- Spread the fries in a single layer on a baking sheet.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes or until golden and crispy, flipping halfway through.
- Garnish with fresh parsley before serving.
