Description

Mini Potato Skins are a delicious appetizer made from hollowed-out potatoes filled with cheese and bacon.


Ingredients

  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 cup cooked bacon, crumbled
  • 1/4 cup sour cream
  • 2 green onions, sliced

Instructions
