- 1 package Biscoff cookies (about 250g)
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
- 2 cups cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup powdered sugar
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1/2 cup Biscoff spread
- Chocolate shavings for garnish
Instructions
- Crush Biscoff cookies into fine crumbs.
- Mix cookie crumbs with melted butter.
- Press the mixture into the bottom of a pie pan to form the crust.
- In a bowl, beat cream cheese and powdered sugar until smooth.
- Add heavy cream and Biscoff spread, and mix until well combined.
- Pour the filling into the crust and smooth the top.
- Refrigerate for at least 4 hours or until set.
- Garnish with chocolate shavings before serving.
Notes
- For a firmer pie, refrigerate overnight.
- Experiment with toppings like whipped cream or caramel.
