Ingredients

- 1/2 cup olive oil
- 1/4 cup red wine vinegar
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- In a mixing bowl, combine red wine vinegar, Dijon mustard, and minced garlic.
- Slowly whisk in the olive oil until well blended.
- Add grated Parmesan cheese and mix until incorporated.
- Season with salt and pepper to taste.
- Transfer to a jar and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes before serving.
Notes
