Ingredients

- 1 cup unsalted butter
- 2 cups granulated sugar
- 4 large eggs
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 1 cup cocoa powder
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1 cup peanut butter
- 1/2 cup powdered sugar
- 1/2 cup chocolate chips
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a saucepan, melt butter over low heat.
- Remove from heat and stir in sugar, eggs, and vanilla.
- Add flour, cocoa, and salt; mix until combined.
- In a separate bowl, mix peanut butter and powdered sugar until smooth.
- Spread half of the brownie batter in a greased baking dish.
- Drop spoonfuls of the peanut butter mixture over the batter.
- Top with remaining brownie batter and swirl gently.
- Sprinkle chocolate chips on top.
- Bake for 30-35 minutes.
Notes
- Let brownies cool before cutting.
- Store in an airtight container.
- Add nuts for extra crunch.
