Description

A fresh and hearty chopped salad inspired by Portillo’s recipe.


Ingredients

  • 1 head of romaine lettuce, chopped
  • 1 cup of cooked chicken fillet, diced

  • 1/2 cup of red onion, finely chopped

  • 1/2 cup of bacon bits
  • 1/4 cup of blue cheese, crumbled
  • 1/4 cup of Italian dressing

Instructions

  1. Chop the romaine lettuce and place it in a large bowl.
  2. Add the diced chicken, cherry tomatoes, red onion, and cucumber.
  3. Sprinkle the bacon bits and blue cheese on top.
  4. Drizzle the Italian dressing over the salad.
  5. Toss the salad until all ingredients are well combined.
