Ingredients

  • 2 cups of diced potatoes
  • 1 cup of peas
  • 1 cup of diced carrots
  • 2 tablespoons of olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon of salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon of black pepper
  • 1 teaspoon of garlic powder

Instructions

  1. Wash and peel the potatoes and carrots.
  2. Dice the potatoes and carrots into small cubes.
  3. Heat olive oil in a pan over medium heat.
  4. Add the diced potatoes and carrots to the pan.
  5. Cook for 5 minutes, stirring occasionally.
  6. Add the peas, salt, pepper, and garlic powder.
  7. Cover the pan and cook for another 10 minutes or until vegetables are tender.
  8. Serve warm.
