Ingredients

- 2 cups of diced potatoes
- 1 cup of peas
- 1 cup of diced carrots
- 2 tablespoons of olive oil
- 1 teaspoon of salt
- 1/2 teaspoon of black pepper
- 1 teaspoon of garlic powder
Instructions
- Wash and peel the potatoes and carrots.
- Dice the potatoes and carrots into small cubes.
- Heat olive oil in a pan over medium heat.
- Add the diced potatoes and carrots to the pan.
- Cook for 5 minutes, stirring occasionally.
- Add the peas, salt, pepper, and garlic powder.
- Cover the pan and cook for another 10 minutes or until vegetables are tender.
- Serve warm.
Notes
- You can substitute fresh peas with frozen peas.
- Adjust seasoning to taste.
