Description

A delicious dish featuring chicken and cheese wrapped in tortillas and smothered in queso.


Ingredients

  • 2 cups cooked shredded chicken
  • 1 cup queso cheese sauce
  • 8 flour tortillas
  • 1 cup shredded cheese
  • 1/2 cup chopped onions
  • 1/2 cup chopped cilantro
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon cumin

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a bowl, mix shredded chicken, queso cheese, onions, cilantro, garlic powder, and cumin.
  3. Fill each tortilla with the chicken mixture and roll them up.
  4. Place the rolled tortillas in a baking dish.
  5. Pour remaining queso cheese sauce over the top.
  6. Sprinkle shredded cheese on top.
  7. Bake for 20-25 minutes or until cheese is bubbly.
