Ingredients

- 2 cups cooked shredded chicken
- 1 cup queso cheese sauce
- 8 flour tortillas
- 1 cup shredded cheese
- 1/2 cup chopped onions
- 1/2 cup chopped cilantro
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon cumin
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a bowl, mix shredded chicken, queso cheese, onions, cilantro, garlic powder, and cumin.
- Fill each tortilla with the chicken mixture and roll them up.
- Place the rolled tortillas in a baking dish.
- Pour remaining queso cheese sauce over the top.
- Sprinkle shredded cheese on top.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes or until cheese is bubbly.
Notes
- Serve with salsa or guacamole.
- Adjust seasoning to your taste.
- Can be made ahead and refrigerated before baking.
