- 1 lb ground beef
- 1 can (10 oz) Rotel diced tomatoes
- 1 cup beef broth
- 1 cup shredded cheese
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp onion powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Cook the pasta according to package instructions.
- In a skillet, brown the ground beef over medium heat.
- Add garlic powder and onion powder to the beef.
- Stir in the Rotel tomatoes and beef broth.
- Simmer for 5 minutes.
- Add the cooked pasta and mix well.
- Top with shredded cheese and let it melt.
