Ingredients

- 1 head of romaine lettuce, chopped
- 1 cup of cherry tomatoes, halved
- 1/2 cup of red onion, diced
- 1/2 cup of cucumber, diced
- 1/2 cup of bacon, cooked and crumbled
- 1/2 cup of blue cheese, crumbled
- 1/4 cup of red wine vinaigrette
Instructions
- Chop the romaine lettuce and add it to a large bowl.
- Add the cherry tomatoes, red onion, cucumber, bacon, and blue cheese to the bowl.
- Drizzle the red wine vinaigrette over the salad.
- Toss the salad until all ingredients are evenly mixed.
- Serve immediately.
