Ingredients

  • 1 onion, chopped

  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 tomatoes, chopped

  • 1 teaspoon black pepper
  • Salt to taste
  • 6 cups vegetable broth

Instructions

  1. Soak the beans overnight in water.
  2. Drain and rinse the beans.

  4. Add the onion, carrots, and bell pepper. Sauté until softened.
