A delicious shrimp scampi pasta bake with a creamy garlic sauce.
Ingredients

- 8 oz. pasta
- 1 lb. shrimp, peeled and deveined
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/4 cup butter
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1/2 cup bread crumbs
- 2 tbsp. parsley, chopped
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Cook the pasta according to package instructions and drain.
- In a skillet, melt the butter and sauté the garlic until fragrant.
- Add the shrimp and cook until pink.
- Stir in the heavy cream and Parmesan cheese, mixing well.
- Combine the shrimp mixture with the cooked pasta.
- Transfer the mixture to a baking dish and top with bread crumbs and parsley.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes until golden brown.
Notes
- For added flavor, you can include red pepper flakes.
- Use fresh shrimp for best results.
- This dish can be made ahead of time and stored in the refrigerator.
