Description

Ingredients

  • 8 oz. pasta
  • 1 lb. shrimp, peeled and deveined
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1/4 cup butter
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1/2 cup bread crumbs
  • 2 tbsp. parsley, chopped
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Cook the pasta according to package instructions and drain.
  3. In a skillet, melt the butter and sauté the garlic until fragrant.
  4. Add the shrimp and cook until pink.
  5. Stir in the heavy cream and Parmesan cheese, mixing well.
  6. Combine the shrimp mixture with the cooked pasta.
  7. Transfer the mixture to a baking dish and top with bread crumbs and parsley.
  8. Bake for 25-30 minutes until golden brown.
